Clause
wording: The employee will remain in employment for a period of not less than
[one year] following the completion of any external course or training paid for
by the Employer. In the event that the employee leaves employment or is
dismissed for any reason before the completion of such period, he/she agrees to
repay in full the cost of the course or training. |
