Clause wording: Subject to the employee holding and continuing to hold a current, full driving licence, the Employer will provide the employee with a motor car, the total leasing cost of which shall not exceed [£400.00] per calendar month.

The expense of taxing, insuring, repairing, maintaining and [in so far as attributable to the use of the motor car for the purposes of the business] running the motor car shall be borne by the Employer [save that the employee will indemnify the Employer in respect of all fines, penalties, parking tickets or other expenses incurred by the employee through the unlawful use of the motor car].
