Clause wording: You shall not be entitled to receive or obtain directly or indirectly any discount rebate or commission in respect of any sale or purchase of goods made or other business transacted by or on behalf of the Employer other than under the Employer's own arrangements (if any).

Any breach of this rule will be regarded as gross misconduct entitling the Employer to dismiss the employee summarily.
