Clause wording: The Employer may at its absolute discretion provide you with a motor vehicle for use in the performance of your duties and which may, subject to operational requirements, be used by you and your partner only, for private use. Any motor vehicle provided to you shall remain the Employer's exclusive property and may be used by only you and/or your partner subject to the Employer's policy from time to time.
