Clause wording: You are responsible for ensuring that you act in a safe and sensible manner whilst at your place of work and any failure to do so will lead to disciplinary action by the Employer and possibly criminal proceedings under theHealth and Safety at Work Act 1974.

When instructed to do so you must wear the protective clothing and equipment provided to you by the Employer; failure to use the protective equipment or to wear protective clothing provided will result in disciplinary action being taken against you.
