Clause wording: Unless prevented by ill health or accident you shall devote your whole time and attention to the Employer [and any group company] during your working time. Whilst your employment agreement remains in force, you may not undertake any other paid employment outside working hours nor are you permitted to have any interest in any business or undertaking or engage in any other activities that might interfere with the performance of your duties or cause a conflict of interest or otherwise.
