Clause wording Wherever possible staff should avoid making use of the services of or purchasing goods from any consultant, contractor or other supplier of goods or services to the Employer. Where you may wish to do so, you must inform the [chief executive/section head/technical officer/development office] and obtain written permission prior to any contact whatsoever being made on a personal basis.
