Clause wording: Each sub-clause of this clause shall be construed as a separate clause. Where any sub-clause or other provision of this agreement is held void or unlawful or unenforceable in any respect then such sub-clause shall be severed from this agreement without prejudice to the validity or enforcement of the other sub-clauses of this agreement and without modifying such other sub-clauses.
