Policy wording: It is the Employer's policy that if the need for redundancies arises, selection for redundancy will be made on the basis of objective criteria, which will be reasonably, fairly and consistently applied. The Employer will also ensure that the pool of employees to whom the selection criteria are applied is fairly defined.
