Clause wording: The Respondent, without admission of liability, agrees to pay and provide to the Applicant the monies and benefits as set out in the Schedule hereto in consideration and settlement of any and all claims and rights of action that the Applicant may have against the Respondent and in which a Conciliation Officer has a duty to investigate in connection with the Applicant's employment with the Respondent and its termination.

The Applicant further agrees that in consideration of the provision of monies and benefits, the Applicant will keep the terms and conditions of this Agreement confidential.
