Clause wording: Upon the termination of the employee's employment (for whatever reason) the employee will promptly and without unreasonable delay return to the Company all documents (including copies or summaries and whether in eye readable or machine readable form), software, hardware, books, office equipment, keys, security passes, credit or charge cards, company car and any other property belonging to the Company. In any event, the return of Company property must take place by no later than any date specified to the employee at the time by the Company.
