Clause wording: If the employee's employment terminates part way through a holiday year he/she will be entitled to pay in lieu of any accrued but unused statutory holiday entitlement under the Working Time Regulations 1998.

The employee will not, however, be entitled to be compensated for any contractual holiday leave (ie entitlement over and above the statutory entitlement) that has not been used up on termination of employment.
