When to use this model fixed-term contract clause
Use this model contract clause when setting up a fixed-term
contract with an employee that is to expire upon the completion of a particular
task or project and the exact date of its completion is not known.
Subject to the provisions below, this contract
will be for a fixed term commencing on [date] and continuing until the
[task/project] is completed, at which time it will automatically expire unless
otherwise agreed in writing between you and the organisation. |
