AUTHOR: Lynda Macdonald

Clause wording: Upon termination of your employment part way through a holiday year, you will be entitled to pay in lieu of any outstanding holiday entitlement, ie holiday that you have accrued during that year but not taken. [In the event that you are summarily dismissed or leave the Employer's employment without giving proper notice under your contract of employment, your entitlement to pay in lieu of outstanding holiday entitlement will be restricted to statutory entitlement.]

In the event of the termination of your employment for any reason, you consent to a deduction being made from your salary equivalent to the value of any holiday taken in excess of accrued entitlement.
