Letter wording: Thank you for notifying us that you wish to take paternity leave.

As your length of continuous service with the Company, calculated as at 15 weeks before the week your partner's baby is expected, is less than 26 weeks, I regret that you are not eligible for paternity leave or statutory paternity pay.
