Policy wording: The Company aims to encourage all of its employees to maximise their attendance at work whilst recognising that employees will, from time to time, be unable to come to work for short periods due to sickness. This interview structure relates to employees' return to work after a short-term sickness absence from work, which is defined as an absence lasting up to one working week.
