Policy wording: It is the policy of the Company that staff [in grades [ ] and above/in [ ] part of the organisation] are required, as part of their contract of employment, to undertake temporary secondments to [other branches of the Company/other companies within the Group of Companies/other parts of the UK] at the request of the Company.

A long-term temporary secondment for the purpose of this policy is a work assignment away from the employee's normal place of work and/or normal residence for a period over [12/18] months.
