Letter wording: Thank you for notifying us that you wish to take paternity leave, and that your partner's baby is expected on [ ].

Thank you for notifying us that you wish to take paternity leave and that your partner was notified of a match with a child for adoption on [ ].]

As your length of continuous service with the Company, calculated [as at 15 weeks before the week your partner's baby is expected/as at the week in which notification of matching was given by the adoption agency], is less than 26 weeks, you will not be eligible for statutory paternity leave or statutory paternity pay.
