Three-quarters of organisations hope to improve the health and welfare of their staff by offering health-related benefits, according to research from Employee Benefits magazine¹. However, just 3% of the 311 organisations questioned calculate the return on their investment in healthcare benefits, although a further 21% plan to do so.
