Regulation has prompted action on information and consultation among a minority of employers, many of whom have chosen to set up works councils or similar forums, our survey of information and consultation finds.

  • Sixty-eight percent of employers said that they had a permanent consultative body or committee, and nearly a quarter of employers (24%) have set one up since 2003.
