We hear from 66 employers about flexible working arrangements that are in place within their organisations and find that, although employers are open to requests, they are not keen to fund changes.

Key points

The most common flexible working arrangements used by our respondent organisations were moving from full- to part-time hours, variable starting and finishing times, and flexitime.
