When to use this model adoption leave letter

Use this model letter to provide an employee with the means to notify the company that he or she wishes to return to work before the expiry of his or her adoption leave.

Letter wording

I write to advise you that I wish to return to work after adoption leave on [date] prior to the expiry of my [ordinary/additional] adoption leave.
