When to use this model adoption leave letter
Use this model letter in response to an employee who has attempted to return to work early after adoption leave without giving the correct notice.
Letter wording
On [date] the Company wrote to you informing you that your return to work after adoption leave would be on [date], the day after your additional adoption leave period ends, and that if you wished to return before this date you would be required to give eight weeks' notice of the new date of return.
