wording: On [date] the Company wrote to you informing you that your return to
work after adoption leave would be on [date], the day after your additional
adoption leave period ends, and that if you wished to return before this date
you would be required to give eight weeks' notice of the new date of
return.
As you have [tried to return to work without
giving this notice/given the Company insufficient notice of your early return] I
must now inform you that your return to work [has been postponed until
[date]/will be on [date] as originally outlined] and you must not return to work
until this date. |
