Letter wording:
We are in receipt of your [letter/e-mail/fax] dated [date] indicating that you [have
a complaint against the organisation/are aggrieved about the way you were
treated during your employment with the organisation/left your employment
because you were dissatisfied with the way in which your complaint alleging
[state nature of complaint] was being dealt with].
Since you have now left our employment, we
suggest that we deal with this matter under the modified statutory grievance
procedure (rather than the standard statutory grievance procedure). |
