Letter wording: I am writing to explain changes to your holiday entitlement that take effect from 1 October 2007 as a result of amendments to the working time legislation.

Example 1 - leave year runs from 1 January to 31 December

As you are aware, the Company's leave year runs from 1 January to 31 December and you are currently entitled to 20 days' paid annual leave during this period.
