Letter wording: As you may know, amendments to the working time legislation that take effect from 1 October 2007 increase your statutory minimum annual leave entitlement from 20 days to 24 days.

However, the legislation allows the Company to make a payment in lieu of this extra leave entitlement until 31 March 2009.
