Policy wording: It is this organisation's policy that, if the need for redundancies arises, selection for redundancy will be made on the basis of objective criteria that will be reasonably, fairly and consistently applied. Examples of criteria that may be used are: performance, skills, qualifications, type of experience, attendance records, disciplinary records and other criteria that are capable of being objectively applied.
