Introduction
This policy sets out the Company's provisions
on reintroducing employees into the workplace on their return from maternity
leave. The Company recognises that up to one year away from work is a
significant period of time and it therefore aims to ensure that the return to
work of an employee who has been absent on maternity leave is as smooth as
possible. |
