- Variation of
contract did not lead to redundancy In Martland and others v Co-operative Insurance Society Ltd; Sculley v Co-operative Insurance Society Ltd EAT/0220/07 & EAT/0221/07, the Employment Appeal Tribunal held that an employment tribunal had been entitled to find that employees who had their terms and conditions changed were not dismissed by reason of redundancy.
