One-third of employers offer flexible benefits

Almost one-third (31%) of employers offer a formal flexible benefits scheme to their staff, according to research by Employee Benefits magazine1.

A further quarter of employers are considering introducing a "flex" plan, while almost one in 10 (9%) is in the process of designing one.
