New model documents on shift swapping


XpertHR's policies and documents service has been enhanced by the addition of a model shift-swap policy and a shift-swap agreement form. 

The model documents are provided by Sarah Bull of law firm Bates Wells & Braithwaite (external website). 

  • Shift swap policy Use this model policy to set out the process by which employees can agree to swap shifts with colleagues. 
  • Shift swap agreement form Use this model form for employees to request a shift swap.
