Flexible benefits show slight decline in 2009

The proportion of UK employers operating a flexible benefits scheme showed a slight decline over the year to January 2009, according to research from Employee Benefits/Towers Perrin1.

The survey of 832 employers, conducted in January 2009, reveals that around three in 10 (29%) operate a flexible benefits scheme.
