Welcome to XpertHR's new benchmarking
service.
The benchmarking service is a major enhancement to XpertHR. We've
designed it to draw together a wealth of HR benchmarking data that will be
of direct use to your day-to-day work.
We believe this is the most comprehensive resource of HR benchmarking
data available to UK employers. Drawn predominantly from IRS survey
data, it's designed to be both accessible and
interactive. |
This is the first time that we've fully opened our survey data to our
subscribers, enabling you to drill down and find exactly the information you
need to match your work requirements. The data you find can then be
exported for use in your internal reports.
We've got in-depth and up-to-date data on key areas of concern, such as
absence, labour turnover, redundancies and pay awards. But we also cast the
net much further, to offer benchmarking data
on all aspects of the work of employment practitioners and HR professionals,
from performance management, through ensuring that recruitment practices respect
diversity obligations, to shaping your organisation's business continuity
strategy.
Devoting just a little time to clicking around the benchmarking pages will
show you just how wide-ranging and detailed our benchmarking data resources
are. And the stock of benchmarking data will continue to grow as new IRS
surveys are published each month.
The emphasis throughout XpertHR's benchmarking service is on interactivity,
so in that spirit I'd like to offer you the opportunity to get in touch if there are any aspects
of the service you would like to have explained further, any additional topics
you would like to see covered, or any ways in which you think we could enhance
this service further.
Happy benchmarking!
