The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) has held that the monitoring
of an employee who has been disciplined for breaching his or her employer's
procedures was a legitimate management instruction and not a disciplinary
sanction.
Mr Dear, who had over 30 years' experience as a social worker,
worked at the NSPCC doing three shifts per week on its national helpline. |
