Tell us how you are embracing flexible working

IRS is conducting research into the always popular issue of flexible working and would like to hear about your flexible working practices. The survey looks at how far employers are embracing the use of less conventional working arrangements; how far employees are taking advantage of the right to request flexible working; and how schemes such as sabbaticals and reduced hours can help cut employment costs and avoid redundancies.

Completing this brief survey will entitle you to a free copy of the report containing:

  • an overview of flexible working trends among UK employers;
  • a view of how employers are using flexible working to help retain valuable employees; and
  • HR feedback on the pros and cons of flexible working.

As an extra thank you for your participation, a free copy of last years flexible working report is available to download at the end of the survey.

The survey will close on 5 February 2010 and is entirely confidential.

If you have any queries about this research, please do not hesitate to email Charlotte Wolff or call 020 8652 2252 (direct line). Or, if you are experiencing any difficulties accessing or completing the survey then please email Katey Ward or call 020 8652 2246 (direct line).
