Discipline and grievance: how has the new code affected your procedures?

Has the "Acas code of practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures" introduced on 6 April 2009 fundamentally altered how you are approaching workplace disputes? IRS is conducting a survey of how employers deal with employee grievances and discipline and this is one of the issues that we are investigating.

Completing this survey will entitle you to a free copy of the findings as soon as the research is complete, as well as a free copy of the 2009 IRS report on managing long-term absence immediately after completing the survey.

The survey will close on 19 February 2010 and is entirely confidential.

If you have any queries about this research, please do not hesitate to email Rachel Suff or call 020 8652 2252 (direct line). Or, if you are experiencing any difficulties accessing or completing the survey then please email Katey Ward or call 020 8652 2246 (direct line).
