Podcast: Key employment cases for 2016
On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we predict the key cases for 2016. We discuss the recent Employment Appeal Tribunal hearing in British Gas Trading Ltd v Lock and another on whether or not commission payments should be included in holiday pay. We also look at the potential for cases relating to trigger points in an attendance management policy for disciplinary action in response to an employee's absence due to disability. We also discuss important cases on whistleblowing, religious discrimination, equal pay and collective redundancy consultation.
Presenter Susan Dennehy is joined by Stephen Simpson. Edited and produced by Laura Kimpton.
