On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss vicarious liability with reference to a recent Court of Appeal decision. We explain the two-stage test that determines whether or not an employer is vicariously liable for an employee's actions. The test was explored by the Court of Appeal in Mohamud v WM Morrison Supermarkets plc [2014] IRLR 386 CA.
