Aarti Jagpal
Aarti is an associate the employment team at Collyer Bristow LLP. She advises both employers and employees on a large range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Aarti studied Law at UCL and trained at SA Law where she qualified into the employment team in 2013 before joining Collyer Bristow in November 2016. She advises many industries and has particular experience in the charities, care and education sectors. Her recent work includes drafting and advising on restrictive covenants and any associated contractual issues, assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes, TUPE and helping clients resolve matters when the employment relationship has broken down. Aarti also has significant experience in dealing with employment tribunal litigation on behalf of both respondents and claimants.
