Apolline de Noailly

Apolline de Noailly is an associate in the employment team of Osborne Clarke's Paris office. Her expertise covers both advisory and contentious matters, including drafting employment contracts, handling dismissal processes and the negotiation of settlement agreements. Apolline also advises clients on employee representative bodies and the social impact of restructuring and corporate transactions.

Apolline has been a member of the Paris bar since 2010 and passed the New York bar exam in 2012. She holds a bilingual law degree in French and German law, a Master's Degree in corporate law (University of Nanterre) and an LLM in business law (New York University).
