Caroline Noblet
Caroline Noblet is joint global leader of labour and employment at global law firm Squire Sanders.
She advises international clients on cross-border employment issues across Europe and beyond, namely on rationalisation and restructuring programmes (dealing with works councils, trade unions, and the application of the Acquired Rights Directive (2001/23/EC) and other relevant provisions), contract and policy rollouts and the employment aspects of privacy and data protection and mergers and acquisitions.
Caroline also works with Squire Sanders' litigation team in the enforcement and defence of garden leave, confidentiality and restrictive covenants. She also lecturers and writes on various employment-related topics.
