Corrine Bentham

Corrine Bentham is an associate at Eversheds Sutherland in the Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in employment law and business immigration. She specialises in business immigration and works closely with global organisations that want to ensure global mobility by enabling their employees to work the UK and by recruiting internationally.

Corrine's immigration experience includes: assisting migrants with the application process to obtain permission to live and work in the UK under the points-based system; providing advice on the prevention of illegal working (including discrimination-related issues, dismissal and document checks); drafting policies and procedures; and advising employers on compliance with their sponsor obligations.

She has written articles on changes to the points-based system and TB testing for publication and for clients.

Corrine regularly provides bespoke client training on immigration, and presents seminars for clients at Eversheds' briefings.
