David Shepherd

David Shepherd is content and platform director at XpertHR, responsible for product management across all XpertHR Group services including XpertHR.co.uk and XpertHR.com in the US.

David was launch editor of XpertHR in 2002 and helped it grow rapidly into the leading online subscription service in its market, garnering numerous industry awards and honours. He led the development of the award-winning XpertHR product in the US, which launched in 2012. His previous career includes stints at Industrial Relations Services (IRS), now part of the XpertHR Group, and Incomes Data Services, now part of Thomson Reuters.
