Hayley Reid is an associate in the Stephenson Harwood employment team. She advises on all aspects of employment law.
She advises a range of employers on employment matters such as family-friendly rights and handling disciplinaries and grievances. She also has experience in negotiating service agreements and exit agreements both for individuals and employers. She has worked with employers in various sectors updating contracts of employment and undertaking handbook reviews.
Hayley has experience in identifying employee issues for acquirers of target businesses, as part of the due-diligence process. She has also supported employers in large-scale redundancy exercises.
During her time at Stephenson Harwood, Hayley completed a four-month secondment to KPMG, where she worked closely with their in-house legal team on employment matters.
