Luminita Dima heads Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen's Employment Practice Group.

One of the most reputed labour law professionals in the Romanian market, with more than 15 years of experience in employment and social security law, Luminita has extensive expertise in a range of employment and labour-related matters, including the negotiation, conclusion and enforcement of collective labour agreements, the drafting of internal rules and policies, the initiation of legal proceedings with respect to the termination of labour agreements, the implementation of reorganisation operations/collective dismissals and due diligence on labour relations.

With a PhD in employment and labour law, Luminita is also professor of labour law, social security and European labour law at the University of Bucharest law school. She is a member of the International Society of Labour and Social Security Law, author of numerous articles and publications, books and national reports, and a legal expert in various projects for the European Commission.
