Sophie Garner

Sophie Garner is a barrister practising from St Philips Chambers in Birmingham. She is a specialist employment practitioner whose caseload encompasses the full range of employment and discrimination disputes in the Employment Tribunal, EAT and County or High Court.

In her first ten years of practice Sophie undertook a wide range of commercial and property cases. She has more recent experience of administrative law where it involves employment or related issues in the public sector and third sector disputes. She lectures regularly both in-house and externally.
