Suzanne Gingles is an associate in the employment practice of Al Tamimi & Company. She has experience advising on United Arab Emirates (UAE) labour law and Dubai International Financial Centre employment law, including general HR queries, reviewing contracts of employment and staff handbooks for UAE compliance, drafting settlement agreements, advising on termination of employment and entitlements, redundancies, intra-group transfers, enforcement of post-termination restrictions, pensions and benefits. She also has contentious employment law experience.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Suzanne worked in the employment departments of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary UK LLP and Irwin Mitchell.
Suzanne obtained a law (LLB) degree at the University of Warwick in 2003, completed the bar vocational course at Nottingham Law School in 2004 and completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 2009.
