Deadline approaches for responses to Government's consultation on dispute resolution

Don't forget that the closing date for responses to the Government's consultation on its proposals for dispute resolution (on the DTI website) is tomorrow (20 June 2007). So if you want to respond to questions such as whether:
• the statutory dispute resolution procedures should be repealed;
• there should be more guidance for employers on resolving disputes; and
• the law relating to procedural fairness should revert back to its pre 2004 position or be restated,


...you need to act quickly to have your views heard.
