Believe it or not, it is summer! Most parts of the country have suffered some form of disruption due to the bad weather. The bad news is that there is more rain to come. The TUC has issued advice to employees not to return to work until flooding has subsided, and to ensure that any buildings affected by flooding are checked to see that electrical wiring is safe, buildings are clean, dry and disinfected, and safety systems are operating normally.
